 The Royal Mayan is located along a stretch of the most spectacular white sand beach in all of Mexico.  The resort is situated on one side of a trio of luxury resorts, all operated by the premier timeshare company in Cancun, the Royal Resorts. Right next door is the Royal Caribbean and next to that, the Royal Islander.  Each of these resorts is connected by walkways, and transportation is provided by free shuttle buses. The effect is like you are staying at one mega resort with access to all the amenities of any while you are staying at one. 

 

What can you expect to find at the Royal Mayan?  The resort consists of some 200 luxury 2 bedroom condominiums, all with 2 bathrooms, a full American size kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa bed and a large ocean view terrace outside of the double patio doors.   The second bedroom locks off from the main suite, affording extra privacy for guests or relatives traveling with you. There are large closets with electronic safes for storing your valuables.  Construction is high quality with marble floors and solid noise-proof walls.   You can expect all of the comforts of a fully furnished and stocked apartment including kitchen appliances, cookware and table service. Each living area and bedroom has excellent individually controlled air conditioning. Tap water is fully purified and safe for drink.   Daily maid service is also provided to help you concentrate on your vacation and not worry about the daily chores. We rented a week here during our very first Royal Resort visit in 1993, and have been back many times.    The resort is always maintained in excellent condition, the employees who work here are the greatest and service is just incredibly good. Many have become our personal friends over the years. You can't go wrong staying at the Royal Mayan, a perennial TUG top rated resort.
